The 3 step process to complete a college application
1) College Application
Every school, whether a 4-year, a 2-year or a trades school will have some form of an application to complete as part of the application process. Most applications ask for basic information about yourself and the reasons why you want to attend an institution.

2) Submit your SAT/ ACT scoreMany places need a SAT/ ACT score on file to assist with their decision to admit you to a school. This score can be submitted via your CollegeBoard account that you made or by email/ faxing your scores to school admissions representatives.

3) Submit your High School Transcript Using Parchment Parchment: An amazing tool to add to your college toolkit! This website allows you to send your high school transcripts to most schools in the country for free! Simply sign up and make an account, then press the word "order", and input the schools that you are applying to.
*TIP THREE* You are able to track when your order has be fulfilled by the high school, and when the school has received and reviewed your transcript |

Answer: Yes and no... Some schools may ask for additionally essays or pieces of information that assist in their decision process and they will have all their steps on their admissions websites.
